CLuster 16 Commercial INterest Points Allocation
CAISO’s Cluster 16 Interconnection Study is allowing LSEs to allocate capacity allotments to Commercial Interconnection Projects. PWRPA is electing to consider allocating commercial interest points to Interconnection Customers. The following are PWRPA’s consideration factors for awarding points:
How Points Are Awarded

Located within PG&E service territory

Renewable, preferably with storage capability

Favorable impact to the local delivery network - substations, transmission lines

Open for off-takers to purchase power, green attributes, and capacity
